Install X-Plane on Ubuntu 9.10 Part 5
After the install process completes you should be presented with the screen below.
If you want to run x-Plane right away then insert dvd 1 and then click on the middle button 'Run X-Plane Now'
A splash logo screen should appear and then after a bit of cool animation, you should find yourself at the controls of a jet as per show below.
Move your mouse near the top of the windowed simulator and a menu will appear, in here you can configure screen resolution, joysticks and weather etc.
